Muhammad Sufyan Moavia is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with 15 years in accounting and tax. He helps individuals and business owners structure their affairs to pay what they owe and no more, making full use of available reliefs and exemptions.

His work centres on estate planning, tax residence and domicile; landlord tax planning, including Section 24 and Section 162 incorporation relief; inheritance tax and legacy planning for property landlords and company owners; and capital gains tax planning.

Most of his clients are private business owners and individuals with property or substantial personal wealth. He advises on their personal tax, IHT and CGT positions and on structuring transactions.
